It is a fact that applicants for the program must meet all required thresholds, including income and credit eligibility, before being entered into a random, blind lottery. Additionally, undocumented immigrants must have an ITIN number, which makes them taxpayers and contributors to the system. That is not being placed above citizens by any reasonable stretch. Anyway, at that point, I am fine with them being granted access to apply to this single program. There are myriad services that only apply to citizens besides this one, but I never see you worthless wastes of space trying to bring attention to them. It's nothing but reactionary hate, and it is annoying. I truly fukking hate people like you. Stop pretending you care about citizens too. I've seen your racist ass argue in favor of cuts and limitation placed on social programs in the past.
