She updated her status on twitter and some stranger offered unsolicited medical advice, something she has a history of complaining about.
updating your status on twitter isn't an invitation for conversation or unsolicited medical advice, if that's what she desired, I'm sure she could have worded the tweet differently, something along the lines of, "I have a toothache, does anyone know of any home remedies that might help?".
