Because she knows what words mean in instances where you clearly don't, for example, you misrepresented her issue with the medical advice which is that it was unsolicited and amounts to, "i know what you need to do to fix this", hence her referring to the advice being paternalistic.
Words mean things and taking them out of context to fit your argument only makes you look more foolish as we can clearly refer to the source for the context.

It's unsolicited advice no different than you being in line in Whole Foods and saying out loud that you have a headache only for some strange person to come up to you telling you what you need to do to fix it.

So giving advice on to how to sooth a toothache is basically offending someone because that person thinks you are telling them what to do?
