Tbh, it was the shyt with Yvette and Tone that made me see it clearly. I started listening to Tariq right around the time i joined the coli, when Jay Morrison started fundraising. Tone was totally anti, tariq was so pro that he had Jay on his show.
Then, all of a sudden, Tariq stopped taking about Jay and boyce and started cosigning ados. He didn't mention boyce working for thay asian man, nor jay being suspect, he just dropped them (publicly?).
Then he tried to start fba, got called out bc he was literally trying to defang the ados movement (bc what is a political movement without politics? How yout get reparations without politics???), and immediately hopped back to being besties with Boyce and loving on Jay. Like they had been cool all along and he was just tryna steal black empowerment market share from #ados.
Timing and events are suspicious in retrospect, which is why we no longer listen to him or his cosigners.
