I'm surprised no one's thrown out a heist movie as the genre they'd like to see him try. I'd consider Reservoir Dogs a heist adjacent movie since it's more concerned with what happens before and after.

I think a Tarantino style take on all the heist movie cliches would be at minimum pretty entertaining.

I think I'd like to see him do a media-driven social commentary flick like Network, Thank You for Smoking, The Paper or Spotlight.

He's does excellent dialog always, so Tarantino dialog about behind the scenes and the office politics surrounding the media might be a great film. Like instead of Oliver Stone (somewhat) directing Natural Born Killers, it'd be 100% QT - instead of maybe 55% as it turned out to be. But told from RDJs perspective

He ever say why he scrapped this last flick? He likes to run his mouth except when it comes to why that film got bushed. Unless I missed it I don't think he's released anything publicly why he decided it was a no go.

I don't think he's said why but honestly the premise wasn't that good and I think he realized it too. Especially for this to be promoted as your swan song

Vincent Vega (HM)

Most underrated character ever
Max Cherry (Jackie Brown)

Best acted scene ever
Inglorious Basterds intro

Funniest scene ever
Adrenaline shot in Pulp Fiction
"Do you know who Marsellus Wallace is? Well if she dies here I will be FORCED to tell him you did not help"

Best action scene in a QT movie
Crazy 88 fight, it just is

Best soundtrack
Kill Bill Vol 1

If I could have QT direct a (name a genre or series here...like pure horror, super hero, die hard, fast and Furious, etc)
Best actor to play multiple characters, overall in his movies (multiple characters)

He's so good at heist movies but I'd want it to be more about the actual heist itself. A non-linear Inside Man like story with a crew hitting a bank

I need to rewatch his movies, too hard to answer the original questions. I haven’t seen some of them in many years.

My favorites are Pulp Fiction, Inglorious Basterds, and True Romance (wrote but not directed).

I’m not as big on Reservoir Dogs as others. It’s okay to me. I wasn't too big on Jackie Brown as a kid but I like it much more now.

He's got a template that seemingly eludes criticism. I don't get it. People shyt on Christopher Nolan but Tarantino has been making the same movie for 25 years.

Fight me but Denis Villeneuve has a better resume over the past decade than Tarantino.
I was saying this before it was cool :youngsabo: :mjlit:

Kill Bill 1 and 2 are my go to's.

Django I don't really care for anymore.

Jackie Brown is the most underrated.

Not big on Reservoir Dogs but I respect it.
