the adult stations are where its at. the hip-hop stations generally arent playing real singers anymore unless theres big money or big politics behind em.
tyreese gets heavy ro on the adult stations whenever he drops an album. i wouldnt be surprised if his recent albums sold more in retail than TGT, even tho the TGT stuff is more popular.
What the fukk is Tyrese's rep talking about. Ginuwine has actually had more success as a recording artist than Tyrese. The only reason people in general know who Tyrese is more so than Ginuwine is because of his acting career.

Tyrese got a point actually,but they should probably just split up and still be homies,or Tank and Ginuwine can try to replace Tyrese and get somebody as equally relevant to themselves willing to split 3 ways.

Ginuwine had the biggest solo music career. Tyrese is the biggest star right now because of the movie career.
But as of today, Tank is the most talented of the three (vocally, songwriting, production-wise, etc.) The album sounded more like a Tank album than like the other two.

I listen to to the r&b stations, tyrese was not getting play since 02...ginuwine was in 09...still not valid.

ginuwine...it's not even a question. White boys who like tyrese because he's in FF ain't going to his concert. None of my friends are going to a tyrese concert, but they went to ginuwine when he was out here a few years ago. The group even admitted in an interview ginuwine's solo set during their shows was the longest and got the most reaction.We not gon count the movie charts

Just because Tyrese has more popularity based on his movie & acting career than Ginuwine or Tank doesn't mean this will correlate into more fans or increased sales for his music. In fact, if your theory actually held any merit, then why have Tyrese's last 3 solo albums (Alter Ego, Open Invitation & Black Rose) along with the TNT group album (Three Kings) all been flops sales wise?youre talking about the r&b/hip-hop stations.

the r&b/hip-hop stations arent gonna play any of these guys anymore unless they put on some auto-tune or they have big money backin.
again, im not defending tyreese because i dont know what he was specifically referring to with that comment. but i know he gets more burn on adult radio in recent years, and with older folks in general that still check for new music. for instance, steve harvey's show gave tyreese crazy spins last year. they never played TGT.
thats why i said, i can somewhat see what hes getting at if thats what he was referring to. now, on the other hand, if hes referring to his movie career, then thats some bullchit cuz theres no correlation between those movies and his music, unless he sells out and starts making pop or techno records.

No, I'm talking adult r&b, I listen to to those in addition to hip hop stations as well as top 40, like I said, Shame seems to have gotten a bit of burn - which is why you're taking about what Steve did last year - but outside of that, ginuwine still had more recent radio play than tyrese. Nothing off alter ego or open invitation was getting burn
