You're likely right. They're interviewing Thad Lewis as well now. Didn't realize Thad Lewis got brought in under Arians.

He was the Asst. QB Coach for a few years. Before that he was at UCLA with Chip kelly
He's my top choice, because he's been in different offensive backgrounds

I don't know. But my guess is that it'll lean more towards Dave's system, with a few BA/Byron concepts in the passing game
