Didn't attack the Lions secondary the way the rams did last week. His misuse of Godwin all year is mystifying.
He's average. Scheme wise, he was a marginal upgrade from Byron. But I'm not going "wow. I can't wait for a second season of this offense"

I doubt he gets a head coaching job anywhere unless it's in Seattle since he was in their building recently. He'll probably be back.
Edit - Looks like Seattle is in second round of interviews and he's not even a candidate there.

We need a new center too because Hainsey ain't it. I don't know if Jensen will come back next year. He's been out of football for two years now, so I bet he'll retire. Even if he does come back, how good will he even be?

There aren’t many good centers available and I don’t think you convince any potential FA to come play in Tampa with Baker versus going to LA with Herbert and whoever that new head coach is. Because the Chargers need a center as bad as you do.

I took it as he's publicly pushing for the Bucs to re-sign Mike. Mike's comments after the game were that he hopes that they all can run it back next year.

He's average. Does some decent stuff with the downfield passing game. But he's gonna "look the part" his way to a HC gig
