TL is the big shiny new toy and KB has a low ceiling. TL will be one of the best players in the country. After years with DeShaun seeing the offense stutter with KB was hard to stomach for Clemson fans.
Is it racial? I mean sure, everything is, but a lot of it is talent. KB is NOT an elite QB. TL will be. I understand people wanting TL to hit the field as soon as possible as that mean its the sooner he'll produce.
It's the Leak/Tebow situation. You KNOW the Freshman will be dominant and the Senior has a low ceiling. Meyer had the common sense to keep the senior starting and work packages to deploy them both.
