I don't see breh getting arraigned on brandishing charges. Ccw laws are strict. You can't pull it out if you don't intend to shoot. Theres a fine line between having the intention then not shooting. He wasn't pointing or aiming at him. Which is very good for his situation. If you threaten someone with a firearm you become a felon.
