Wasn't the women's division basically being run by Kenny (with his focus only on the joshis) and Brandi?
It is wild as hell though that you'd ignore Awesome Kong on how to make a women's division interesting like she wasn't one of the main reasons that US women's wrestling took off again thanks to her and Gail and them in the TNA KO division but instead you'd listen to Brandi Rhodes.

They’re indie wresting vets, yeah. Booking a show for weekly tv is a whole different thing.
They only know indie booking not legit weekly TV booking.
