Yeah, my wrists is on :sadcam: status. Does that grip machine thing work to make the wrists bigger? I can't fukk with these girlie lookin things.

My dumbass should have went back to the basics. Just like squats and deadlifts are basics for leg growth, stair raises are a basic.

I went by my stair case and did the raises it felt like someone was stabbing my calves when I reached 40 and I almost fell down.

Calves felt the post workout pain the next day, so now i'm going to get a bookbag, put some weight plates in it and keep at it.

You have to do a total body workout. I got skinny homeboy that is trying to put on weight but is neglecting his lower body. :snoop:

Squat is my favorite exercise. If you do heavy squats twice a week, you will see strength gains in your upper body too... increase endurance (muscular and cardiovascular). It will naturally increase production of HGH in your body. If you play bball and you have the right genetic make up, you will increase your vertical as well. :win:

I used to have skinny cavs when I was young, but I do calf raises at least every other day and they got bigger.

Skinny ankles and wrists are more genetic, check bodybuilders a lot of them have skinny ankles and wrists. If you workout a lot you should see some atrophy in those areas though.

I'm about to cop a bike and start riding. My arms finally starting to get big, my shoulders always been broad, but my calves are a next ting. It's really genetics brehs no misc. Hopefully riding a bike can get my shyts to a respectable level. I don't like wearing shorts in public :snoop:

yeah its definitely genetics especially with the insertions..i have very high insertions...my leg is like 75% bone and the top part is where my calf muscle at :snoop: I look at other cats calves no homo, and they shyt starts hella low compared to mine....I'mma get back at it while I cut this summer....but I've pretty much came to grips that I should go for the lean, muscular look over getting as big as I can...cause my upper body explodes if I want it too...my arms are bigger than my calves :snoop:, Imma stop where I am so I look good still...I see a couple dudes at the gym who said fucc it, imma get 17 inch arms and rock these tiny calves :pachaha:

i refuse to believe the "its all genetics" excuse, just by the fact your average soccer players has some diesel calfs. i know they weren't born like that
