There are different levels to Crohn's Disease depending on the person. Some people can not have a flare up for years while someone else can have a flare up every couple months and the severity of the flare ups varies from one individual to the next.
From all appearances Preston Vance's Crohn's hasn't been as bad as Swole's Crohn's.

We really don't know though not everyone deals w flare ups the same or even mentions they had one/were in the hospital. For all we know Vance/Swoll could be going thru a personal hell every day at home and try to keep up appearances to not put attention on themselves.


Salute to Alexander though I know that has to be tough on the family.

Looking at that list of Swole's matches in 2021 you can see the times when she would be away for like a month or more:

She wrestled on January 7th then didn't wrestle again until March 10th.
She was wrestling pretty much ever week until June 4th then she didn't wrestle again until July 13th.
She wrestled 3 more time in July with her last match being on July 21st then she didn't wrestle again until August 25th.
Then she wrestled 3 more times with her last appearance being on September 11th.
And she hasn't been in the ring since then.
