it shouldn't be a set amount, it should vary based on your contribution to society.

But the vast majority of people in the US don't contribute anything to society. How would you even deem that? Under that line of thinking it would just be funneling cash back to the same moneyed coffers that already maintain most of the wealth in society, i.e. nothing would change.

i dont 100% agree with this sentence, but i think the reason a lot of people dont/won't/can't contribute to society is because they aren't given the opportunity. in this society there are only so many seats at the table, so someone is getting left out by default.

like everything else that's systematized we would create a formula to consistently calculate individual contribution/reward.

and with that formula the money would begin to funnel down, which is a big change because it currently funnels up.
