I never felt it tbh, taking your eyes away from the screen to look at your map or inventoriy or whatever was silly, the controller was awful, way too fukking big, total miss for me.

It was bad at that aspect, NGL, but being able to play remotely (in the house) was a good idea. Even Sony copied

I read rumors it's about as powerful as PS4 Pro. If Nvidia cooks up some sort of DLSS AI upscaling for them it could be decent.

This is gone be one of nintendos “off” consoles. Lotta people are not gonna run out and spend $500 for better graphics.

Without any exclusive games or features(gimmicks) it’s gonna be hard to get people to upgrade.

I don’t have one but would consider getting one to play some classic games on the big screen in HD. But tbh I think we are coming to the end of this generation so buying it might be short lived.

Yeah, you can play all that on switch, pc or xbox right now, and switch 2 isn’t gonna do a better job at playing them. They are already maxed out on switch .

Not to mention that the idea was fukking awful and the tech was already dated, it did lead to them getting their shyt together with the switch.

The idea wasn’t awful the execution was the idea was essentially incorporated into the switch

Dual screen gaming isn’t necessarily bad

I got a lot of enjoyment out of Mario Maker, Splinter Cell Blacklist, Arkham City, Deus Ex HR, splatoon, Xenoblade chronicles X and Zombi U I felt it added to the experience on those occasions for inventory management and map display without pausing.

The fact you couldn’t have more than one and couldn’t use it portably was a lost opportunity the failure was the game library, being underpowered and the launch line up. There weren’t enough heavy hitters too many niche experiences.
