Gonna start doing 5km running and half hour swimming most days, nothing gonna motivate you more to lose weight than having to take your top off lol

And for the people that can't swim, I'd say get a few lessons, I mainly do front crawl, I can do breast stroke and bsck stroke, but only really use front crawl (it's fastest And easiest), if you got kids you owe it to them and yourself to be able to swim, someone's gotta take them swimming.
