I don't know a ton about college football, but the one position I can usually spot a bust from is QB.

I'm not saying he will be a bust, but what makes Burrow a first overall pick? Yes, I know he had arguably the greatest season in college football history this past season, but it was only one season. Is there a possibility this is Jamarcus 2.0?

No chance. They loved him at OSU he was just behind Haskins who also threw 50 touchdowns his first year as a starter

Swags rankings for WR Last Year:

Wide Receivers:
(Position Grade = B)
1. Jalen Hurd (Baylor) - Top 10 grade (Is this nikka even on a roster?)
2. Mecole Hardman (Georgia) - 1st round grade (Stretch maybe a late 2nd pick)
3. Nyqwan Murray (Florida St.) - 2nd round grade.....(Again...???)
4. Keelan Doss (UC-Davis) - 2nd round grade......(stretch-3rd or 4th rounder)
5 (tie). Marquise Brown (Oklahoma) - 2nd round grade (Two dudes who ain’t do jack all season ranked hire than him???) :mjlol:
5 (tie). Hakeem Butler (Iowa St.) - 2nd round grade (Hella reach....Likely won’t get significant playing time till next year or his third year in NFL)

NO
Yall said the same thing when I called Markelle Fultz trash before the 2017 NBA draft. Chase Young is the football version of him. I don't know what will happen but his fall will be as drastic as Fultz. The eyes don't lie.
Chase Young is a better prospect then Clowney and Bosa coming out :what:

Lotta colleges love their QBs. That doesn't mean they'll be great pros. Look at Mariota and Winston. Who at Oregon and FSU didn't love them?

Also I wouldn't use Dwyane Haskins as a defense. He struggled mightily last year in the NFL and looks like a future bust himself. Getting beat out by a bust is never a good sign.

Hurd was injured all year. Before he got hurt he was outperforming Deebo Samuel in the preseason who went on to have a stellar rookie year.

Jalen Hurd will be a beast in the NFL once he's healthy.

Says Burrow benefitted from great WR

Ranks his top receiver as a second round pick

seems legit

Ja'Marr Chase was his top WR and he would've been the #1 receiver in this class and a top 3 overall player for me if he was eligible. He's got Odell Beckham Jr. potential IMO. Being a 2nd round pick is no slight. It just means you're not going to the Pro Bowl every other year. Justin Jefferson was the Jarvis Landry to Ja'Marr Chase's OBJ. And then there was also true freshmen Terrance Marshall who will also be a high draft pick when he comes out.

Having 3 NFL starting caliber WRs including one who has All-Pro potential is a LOADED wide receiver corp for a college QB.

During the SB there were insiders saying his career actually may be over.

Also looks like 49ers *may* draft a WR in the 1st round and if so it would be Deebo, Pettis, and the WR they choose.
