There are so many different type of specialty rolls. I just had a roll with cooked wagyu on it. I also had a roll with cooked scallops on it. Sushi can incorporate many forms of protein nowadays. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen a roll with fried chicken before.

Sushi is trash. When I lived in NY it was always white adjacent folks who would fukking obsess over it.
I move down south and sushi is still trash. Difference here people think its some type of status symbol.
shyt is fukking tasteless and bland. I rather just eat the fukking ginger slices it comes with.
