Jacobs would be barely top 10 in a stronger division like welterweight (P4P).
He would be probably on 7-10 places there but no better tbh...
I don't downplay anything mw was just a hot trash division until like 2015... it just started to get better cause of new prospects and 154 fighters who migrated up but it's still not among the best ones.
Daniel Geale who was considered a top 5 mw at that time was slumped by a small Cotto

Khan, Devon, dropped by Ortiz...nah....but Chino was a blast to watch.

Sergio Martinez had a short window for his prime and he was great though IMHO...what he did to Pavlik, Williams, Barker, Macklin, prime Cintron ( robbery) was phenomenal.
