Its become painfully obvious to me HBO commentary is an enormous problem for boxing...

Fans rather listen to these company fighter stanning morons (aside for Roy) than actually use their own eyes to score the fight...

That's the only reason I can think of for why anybody would think this was a close fight...

Personally I am officially done with HBO boxing till Lampley either retires or is canned...

HBO PPVs will be watched on boxnation from now on...

-GGG looked vulnerable in back 2 back wins against great fighters... That's how it should go. I don't think he's gotten old or is wearing down, his level of comp has risen considerably lately and it shows. His next fight in Kazakhstan sounds like a mandatory throwaway this summer.

-Jacobs has shown why he should be considered 1 of the best fighters in boxing. He has the tools, just hope he gets another big fight soon.

-SHOCKED Chocolate Tito lost the close decision, but he's seemed to max out here at 115. Maybe we can finally get that Estrada rematch...

-Props to Skirset Sor Ruvingai... Sure I spelled it wrong but I've had respect on his name for awhile. Cuadras said that he hit harder than Chocolate Tito and I believe him. Thai fighters pad their records at home but they can all FIGHT... even if they don't use much defense

-How is Cuadras passing Vada tests? Either way, he could score a big fight in the near future... Marketable look and charisma, but didn't looks his best.

Jacobs fought cool, I think it shows GGG can't fight off his back foot and isn't a boxer persay. I would like a rematch but it's not gonna happen. Hope Jacobs continues to get recognition down the line tho

Exactly, its not a good look to be as big as Jacobs and getting the ring cut off on you and you moving back throwing pot shots.

GGG had a tought fight, but he won. Its just that nikkas love them some spoilers and hate anybody that come forward with bad intentions.

Say what you want about Chavez Jr, but when he outweighed nikkas he made sure to come forward and bully nikkas.

only thing I didn't like bout Jacobs is that instead of staying busy when on the inside sometimes he would stand there n talk shyt to prove to ggg he could take his punch. I was like breh keep fukking punching to the body........lol

No, Golovkin did not land more power punches.

Jacobs landed good body shots while Golovkin neglected the body all together.

Jacobs even won the exchanges on the inside.

And you don't score a fight by who is more handsome at the end of the fight, you score it round by round

Ward vs Kov could have gone wither way, me personally gave it to Ward
Jacobs s Golovkin, while not the worst robbery what I've ever seen, I think Jacobs clearly won by fighting his fight not letting GGG to force his style to him. He fought the perfect fight. I had him winning 115-112. I think Golovkin looked old and small tonight. He still has huge power though but he showed his limitations like he never did before.

Regardless of the scorecards and anything tonight I think the mask of invincibility came off of Golovkin.

This is just a reflection of how bad the boxing scoring system is. Those really close rounds, especially the early ones in a fight should just be 10-10 if they're that close. Rounds should be won decisively, and those rounds where guys are feeling each other out or being hesitant shouldn't be the deciding margin.

There's a theory going around that GGG held back so Canelo's team is more inclined to making the fight happen.

a theory from whom?....little g dikk riders?.....this is who he is and who he's always been. his last two fights he fought the most talented guys of his career and he looked ordinary as fukk. what's crazy is danny didn't even do anything spectacular tonight. he beat little g off straight up basics. give little g some movement and his accuracy goes down the drain. punch in combinations and little g is a sitting duck. he has terrible defense and his footwork is average as hell.
