Unconstitutional as fukk :snoop:

If you agree with this on the grounds of "if you don't want your DNA taken don't commit a crime" you are a fukking retard.

Dont be condescending about Yeshua friend. Still, you should make those efforts to get right with God because sadly, in this demonic realm the alternative is always demonic.

There are protocols being put in place that are seemingly unstoppable in this nation as we move toward a new technological revolution. Theres only going to be 2 options soon. Stay, or leave.

I dont' see how this is any different than fingerprinting.
They can frame you just the same with a fingerprint.

Granted DNA is a little more concrete...

US Supreme Court justices rule police can take DNA samples from people charged but not convicted of crimes - BlackListedNews.com

So in their "minds" the comparative assessment is DNA swabbing & identification is nno different than the patterns for fingerprints??
mmm...
And what about the quality of additional information within someone's DNA...the code itself is used as an identifying marker, BUT what about the medical knowledge within that same DNA, can a fingerprint be used to make a specific biological weapon against you?? Can a fingerprint be used to determine your medical faults/strengths? Can a fingerprint be used in essence as a blackmail tool against you if the whole world knows your genetic make-up....because I am sure once in their DATABASES, the WHOLE Freakin Government will have access and you know how well they can keep your SS# secure...imagine whn BANKS start using your DNA "number" as your identifying number in all business, public and private...

How secure will such sensitive information about your very existence be secure and private?? IT won't!!
