I doubt this leads to any supposed midterm boost, inflation is still the most important issue out there for the average person.
Okay cool. I wasn’t sure if you were pro choice or not based on that post lol. I got you broWhatever the person wants, it’s their body so they have the choose to do what they want.
Supreme Court isn’t a political body in theory that’s not what their concern wasIsn't this a strategic mistake to do that before the midterms ?
Okay cool. I wasn’t sure if you were pro choice or not based on that post lol. I got you bro
I like your idea, but would sone of these states even care if the textbooks were gone? I feel like they might actually prefer thatWhat states should do is create incentives for companies to divest from these backward states. Take the money out and let them convert to even shyttier shyt holes. Like those textbooks from Texas…. Ban them. Don’t allow abortions in your state…. Fine we are making a big incentive to only buy locally or from states deemed friendly to what we believe.
so the answer is forcing irresponsible people to have babies they don’t want…y’all are a strange breed. Are you gonna be on the front line for paid parental leave, universal healthcare, free childcare and expanded WIC to ensure these responsibility babies are taken care of?
Men can't be forced into fatherhoodI'm genuinely sort of shocked. Now let's see if the same ones happy about this being overturned will be happy more government money will go to taking care of kids and their parent(s) forced to bring them into this world.
Also, I hate to go there....but I wonder if the sentiment being felt today by many women/girls, at possibility of being forced into motherhood and having a child they do not want, in a way parallels that men/boys forced into fatherhood though they don't want a child.
The problem is the approach to liberalism that mainstream democrats takeYou're either missing the point or intentionally avoiding it.
Hillary is irrelevant, it could've been anyone. Not letting a right-wing demagogue reality TV host get to choose Supreme Court justices should be enough of a motive to vote. I'm not a big Hillary fan myself but that was certainly enough motivation for me in 2016. You keep trying to make it about Hillary's personal issues but that's not the point, it's about rational self-interest.
People on the right vote strategically because they know how important the courts are, but people on the left seem incapable of realizing this. That's how we ended up here and people still don't seem to get it.
Don't worry guys. The democrats got this. They have decided to hold a choir session to do... Something I don't know.
Also, Nancy Pelosi said if you donate just 15 bucks and vote for them again, they will definitely codify it in law this time. Please ignore they failed to do so over a 50 year period when they held super majorities.
I don't know about you guys, but democrats inspire a lot of confidence in me that they plan to actually act and not just perform useless symbolism. Surely, it's not a ruse, this time. I'm sure this is up right after they pass legislation to protect voting rights. Any day now...
