Thugger pretty much has to live life like Marlo when he left the party.

Not necessarily. This is the stage of (attempted) recovery, you're supposed to forge or recertify alliances, as fake as it is.This was actually dope with the symphony playing.
Drake shot himself in the foot with every lyric and move he made, “1st he doubled down calling us some slaves” he will stare down Derozan but grovel at thug, future and whoever else’s feet “ fukking colonizer”.
A real Nikka would be standing tall, alone right now. Not trying to placate his way back into good graces by Nikki’s already on shaky ground.

And? If you are a lame, you are a lame. Money and success dont change that. He's a peer not a fan.
And the expectation is that he doesn't act like a groupie with peers. And? If you are a lame, you are a lame. Money and success dont change that.

Crying about "fake friends" earlier on as if he doesn't understand his own motives is where this applies.
He's a peer not a fan.
I'm not doing the "real niqqa" thing. As a real nikka have you ever needed false alliances?
My only response is that almost every public gesture he has made has backfire in some way. In the realm of risk/reward I don’t see favorable consequences for proving the colonizer angle much re traction.I'm not doing the "real niqqa" thing.
We're speaking about a man trying to maintain/regain power and relevance, with issues that spill well outside of jabs thrown in a booth. As ulterior as it is, it's the correct strategy.
