Thought the judges had it scored too closely in the Stevenson fight, he clearly dominated. Even in that domination Stevenson's boxing skills do not look natural at all and for all his athleticism it still continues to look like a struggle for him to use any of it in the ring.
His left is deadly, but his right was pretty quiet all fight. I don't really remember any punches having much on them coming from the right.

Beterbiev looked excellent again. He is fighting quality opponents, but still has not gotten the opposition yet of Kovalev. That fight would be a monster at 175.

Honestly I am more interested in that one than Kovalev-Stevenson. Maybe it is because I haven't seen anything from Stevenson where I really believe in his skillset. He has a rocket left, but if he can't land that shot flush then he doesn't have many other advantages vs. his opponents.

I like the CBS announcers better than NBC. I still don't like the ring walkouts and the interviews afterwards were horrendous.

Kovalev looked very hittable against Pascal but what little faith I had in struggleman is in the bushes after seeing a flabby Bika put paws on him. :francis:

For the time being there is no one that is stopping this racist demon's reign of terror. :mjcry:

Yall still hating on Stevenson? Locales gonna try that jan pressure shyt and get his knot rocked over and over w straight left counters. Kovalev doesn't have the footwork nor the chin to pull his routine against Stevenson.

I like Beterbiev and think he's gonna be the real deal, but it's still too early to put him in there with somebody like Kovalev, regardless of what happened in the amateurs. The pros is whole different animal.

Theres still room for improvement. Let him get some more fights and more experience under his belt before we think about matching him with the top guys like Kovalev and Stevenson. If anything, he should face Chilemba next

Ok... thats what I figured. I read BSPN headline and they made it sound like it was a one sided ass whupping.

Breh, it was one-sided as fukk. Bika won only the last couple rounds and that's only because Superman started swagging on him and showboating. Bika didn't do anything in that fight that Stevenson didn't allow him to do. The judges saw some other type of fight with those close ass score cards. He had Bika hurt/buzzed numerous times.

Just like the judges made Froch/Ward closer than it was when in reality, Froch won like 2 or 3 rounds tops.

That's kind of a step back though breh. Campillo is a former Champion and came in ranked #2 by the IBF and #4 by the WBC...maybe Isaac Chilemba, Lucian Bute, or Juergen Braehmer (Chilemba as the 1st option of course)
