I don't think that the nephew has "all" the power. WB/DC has the universal rights to the character of Superman. This is a pure cash grab by Shuster's nephew. Why hasn't he sued WB/DC about the numerous Superman animated movies that have been released since 2017? There's a new Superman animated show that debuted in 2023 (My Adventures with Superman). Why hasn't he sued to block that from being released? Oh yeah, it's probably because he can't get big bucks from that, and he really doesn't have much legal merit.
