fukk what yall are sayin... Snyder blacked out on here. There aren't 10 comic book movie action sequences better than this, don't quote me with shoddy CGI bullshyt either lol. This was filmed a decade ago and the CGI is better than most of what comes out today. Even the VFX artists themselves have said that.
It's funny to me the fans can never name something good about that movie except the action scenes.fukk what yall are sayin... Snyder blacked out on here. Not a character, a dramatic scene, a twist, a story beat, a favorite quote - nothing.
Everyone remembers that scene in The Dark Knight where Joker meets the mob bosses and shows them "a magic trick". Classic movie scene. But MoS fans are just like "didn't the 15th time he got punched thru a building look cool?!"
Whaaaaaa? The scene where Superman leaves the soon to be "Fortress of Solitude" with his suit on and learns to fly is iconic. From the special effects, to the Russell Crow voice over, to the score. Man of Steel has one of the most memorable scores of all comic movies, and the fact that it had to follow up a John Williams score makes it that much more impressive. Most people recognize the score after the first 2 notes. It's funny to me the fans can never name something good about that movie except the action scenes.

There isn’t really a lot of quotables now that you mention it. But I did like the different take on clark. You sound like me when I ask about endgame so I definitely understand the criticisms you haveIt's funny to me the fans can never name something good about that movie except the action scenes.

I feel like there will never be a good Superman movie. At least never better than a Batman movie.
You mean the same way Snyder lifted those from Donner?Man of Steel
Because Muschietti feels the need to basically take many of the main characters and plot straight from Man of Steel and make them central to the Flash movie.
So the director of Gunn's favorite movie is admitting that Snyder did it better than he could.![]()
