Like I said he's John Kerry 2.0. This whole campaign will be beat Trump and when they get their guy and he loses to Trump just like Hillary did they gonna lose it. It's Vote for Kerry so we can get Bush out all over again. You can't have a candidate and the best reason to vote for them is so somebody else doesn't win.

That's not gonna fly in a general election. These primaries aren't anything like the general election. People are not in the general gonna get out and vote for Biden like that. he excites no one. A lot of people that vote in the general don't even bother with the primaries.

I'll be voting for Biden if he's the nominee, but yeah that's basically been my argument. Biden is Hillary/Kerry/Mondale/Dukkakis 2.0. No one votes for Biden because they feel he's the best candidate with the best policies, they're voting for him as an anti-Trump vote. That shyt never works and leads to a depressed turnout in the general election.

Seriously. I don't understand why someone could be excited for Joe Biden. Could someone honestly tell me why they're excited for him? How will he improve your life for the better? Because I'm drawing a blank.

Nobody is excited for Biden, they just think he has the best odds of beating Trump.

Not sure I agree :yeshrug: but I considering the long-term implications of another Trump term I can at least understand people being risk-averse.

Yeah, I think for a definitive progressive leader yeah we need like a lovable heel. lol Someone who is younger aggressively progressive but still can come off likable as well. Hard balance and I never really seen a politician like that but hopefully one day. :mjcry:
I'm hurt brehs, this is a sad day for the progressive agenda. :mjcry:
We had him, breh and he threw it away for teenage girls. :snoop:

RBG is 86 years old (she's gonna turn 87 on the 15th of this month). That's enough motivation for me to vote for Joe Biden over Donald Trump in November.

Unless, you want a 6-3 or 7-2 conservative majority on the Supreme Court, then vote for Joe Biden on November 3rd. If Trump wins re-election, even if a progressive Democrat wins in 2024, all of that progressive legislation will be overturned by the Supreme Court (if that legislation manages to even pass the Senate).
So thats literally it, eh? Folks here voted for this man to keep absolutely everything the same then?

Democrats are such fukking losers. I'm not surprised, but I honestly figured maybe I just hadn't been paying attention to his whole platform. Absolutely pathetic.

Like Joe Biden did right? Black folks down south are voting for him because the battery was put in their back and that's who they were told to vote for.

LOL @ this. I like Bernie and I like progressive ideas but you need to accept that down south democrats are more moderate than the coasts.. they weren't "told" who to vote for, they also voted for Hillary. They like moderates.
