Man, i suck at this shyt now. No WiiMote and the air combat feels completely different

I’m have a ROUGH time with this game compared to the other 4 super smashes. I dunno what it is but it feels like the upped the difficulty.:whatnas: There’s about 8 characters I keep losing to tryin to unlock. Something def feels off cuz smash 4 I was battling cpu 9 no problem and this one I’m gettin slumped by cpus set at 5 sometimes.


This might be the first smash I don’t unlock all the characters. :sadspur:

Could be a couple of things.

First, the CPU LVL 9 is WAY harder since the game was said to have been tested by actual pro Smash players in Japan.

Secondly there may be some issues with input lag as I and others online have mentioned it. I can't prove it but I def felt something is "off".

I'm using a GC controller with the USB adapter. Comments mention setting stick sensitivity to high to help which I haven't tried yet(Options menu).




I see someone mentioned restarting the Switch.

I'm going to try em all to see if I see a difference.

Okay good to know, thought I was imagining things. I knew they had to have changed the difficulty for the CPU’s.

Gonna try to reboot and change the stick sensitivity n see if that helps

Japanese pros helped the development team, so the CPUs are probably the best they've ever been.

I saw some top-level players lose to a couple CPUs

I copped. Having plenty of fun just doing random shyt. Donkey Kong still my fav. thus far (I only played the last Smash game, which I also used DK there), but I've barely unlocked anyone yet.

Rosalina, Inkling shut me down when I tried unlocking them I’ve been out of gaming so long I forgot what it felt like

Yeah I've noticed input lag especially with Ness' second jump

Also I don't know if its bc i havent played in a while but I'm getting murked constantly
