been reading the trash talk for a minute in this thread. and maaaaaaaa.... y'all gone learn in due time.

but to answer you question. I'mma try and learn the handheld first because I haven't used a standard controller for smash since melee. I was mad comfortable with Wiimote and nunchuck for years. I might even give the joycons detached to see if the feeling the same but I'm sure it won't be. Gonna be weird using the pro controller.
Wiimote/nunchuck was the best way to play smash IMO. Loved the freedom of that shyt. I dont think two joycons will give the same experience as they are too fukkin small.
