I got a Mac breh, and I doubt I can play Smash with an xbox controller, the playlist should go something like.

hardcore playlist:

1v1 no items
2v2 no items
free for all no items

with some form of a ranking system

Casual playlist:

1v1(items)
2v2(items)
free for all (items)

then have playlists with all items off except for pokeballs, hammers only, etc. Have you seen some of the mods for Brawl though? You can use characters like Ryu, Goku, Knuckles, etc.

Yup that's the only problem. I had a GC to USB adapter here but I gotta look for it. Those playlists sound great but knowing Nintendo they'll probably fukk it up on some "Wii want everyone to play fair and have fun" and have a freaking playlist that's only free 4 all with hammers and smash balls.

Yea and of course i tried out the mods. I had at one time Naruto, Cloud, and several other guys.

Brawl was a complete piece of shyt and has damn near turned me off from the series. The only reason I'm slightly interested now is because Namco is developing it.

Yea its nice. I haven't played it too much since I'm not playing this with a 360 controller. I hope Smash 4's gameplay is similar to this or melee.

Brawl was a great game, but online was horrid (the lost potential didn't sink in until SFIV hit the scene) and was watered down from a competitive standpoint. Remember, Melee was considered a legit tourney-grade fighter, it was pretty high up there in terms of popularity.
