Super Mario 3D World vs Super Mario Odyssey?..

For me 64 and Odyssey, and to a lesser extent Sunshine are my favorites just because full 3D is my favorite. I really want to like SMG but I just couldn’t jive with the motion controls. And some of the camera shyt wasn’t the best. I just hope we get all of em on Switch eventually

I was kinda disappointed with 3d world cause it wasn’t full 3D. Fun game but was missing something.

Odyssey was better cause it was closer to the Goat 64, but it was too damn easy. 99.9% of the moons were forgettable,

Nintendo makes all their games too easy now. I understand catering to the masses, but they gotta find a way to put a bit more challenge in them for those of us who have been playing their games for years.

Super Mario Galaxy 2 is the best Mario game I've ever played. The way they implemented Yoshi was genius.

Are top 5 marios. Sunshine is underrated as hell. But again playing these games on emulators could have me being biased.

I don't dislike them. I'm just not fascinated by 16 bit graphics and 20+ year old games anymore. Sunshine looks amazing in 4k and the controls were great.

Mario Maker 1 and 2 are both amazing games but i wouldn't call them core mario games to rank them.
