The closest thing I got to a good shower was last summer, the power went out for 2 days and the entire trailerpark was pitch black. It was in the middle of a heatwave (90 degree weather) and none of us could sleep. My chair was covered in dirt just from what i sweated off.
My stepdad told me to go outside just by the bathroom window, I reluctantly did so, and he used the detachable shower nozzle to spray water out the window over me. It didn't quite stretch properly, so some water leaked in the bahroom so i could only stand under the water for a minute or so, but I remember it so vividly because it was pure ectasy. Just to have clean water running over me again. I had never been so happy to get halfway clean. I got some of the layers of dirt and sweat off my arms and chest, but that was the extent of it.
Getting a full, 10 minute version of that would be like an orgasm for me.
