His brother is interested in buying the twins :jbhmm:

Go ahead and bring that innovation to Minnesota :blessed:

But this is great and should really be the minimum these owners/stadiums do when the tickets, parking and memorabilia is so expensive. Not like the quality of the food is worth more than $2 anyway :hubie:

Curious to see how this plays out. I still see beer prices didn't change and I'm sure that is where they really make their money. Good for him though. Making the average fan experience better is a plus. Suns are 20th in attendance. Lets see where they are in a few months.
I think this is more marketed towards families with children

A lot of owners are more scumbags than people realize.

For example Jerry Jones and the Steinbrenners started Legends Hospitality, which among other things provides concession services at pro arenas. Jerry Jones will often make it a stipulation that any new prospective NFL owner uses Legends Hospitality for their concessions before he will approve the sale to that owner.

So Jerry Jones is a big reason why concessions at many ballparks are sky high.

Is that sustainable to pay the concession workers?

They're still making profit hand over fist. Them higher prices are just the product of greed

I worked at a Georgia Dome nacho stand once, during a monster truck show, in High School. Once they explained the prices my mind was blown. They don’t even be charging for the actual food, just the containers and cups you put it in. Even then they still overcharge for that shyt.

We basically got paid in tips that got better as the rednecks got drunker. They would just toss $5,$10, and 20 bills, sometimes completely forgetting the food the nachos, dogs, and drinks they paid for lol.

I know most vendors actually get paid for real but the premium on the menu items covered that shyt exponentially. $2 shouldn’t hurt anybody’s pockets especially with them most likely still overcharging for beer and liquor.
