I’m not sure if he wants to be a DB coach right now…Is Wilks not even going to get his old job back after not getting the HC job?
and
Lazard may be gone?

Man that’s a hell of a stretch you floating, I’m not saying they can’t move on from Bryce, but given we not any where near a competent team they might as well keep him, this is probably all smoke to make a dummy pull the trigger to move upWell Bucky brooks was the first person I heard mention that in todays nfl with the rookie pay scale it’s probably best to cycle out qbs every 3 or 4 years before you have to pay them a big deal
I know this doesn’t exactly fit the bears but I wouldn’t be shocked if this happened, I just hope people know they putting all they chips on the Bryce young bet and if fields becomes an all pro somewhere else they will be getting fired immediately, everybody Coach’s and front office, ole girl might even sell the team
I think it’s a terrible idea but that idea has been floating around before, when baker and Lamar had deals coming up Bucky was the only dude saying hey maybe you need to do a mini reset with a rookie qb and he cited Carson wentz, Jared Goff, jameis, and the Hawaiian nikka picked ahead of jameis as to why that idea should be on the tableSapp world renown source… the bears are probably floating shyt to get nikkas pressed

There’s something to perhaps if your qb isn’t getting it done move onI think it’s a terrible idea but that idea has been floating around before, when baker and Lamar had deals coming up Bucky was the only dude saying hey maybe you need to do a mini reset with a rookie qb and he cited Carson wentz, Jared Goff, jameis, and the Hawaiian nikka picked ahead of jameis as to why that idea should be on the table
Honestly I don’t like it cause qbs are an extremely risky gamble, especially when you have to commit capital to draft a qb for the first or second pickThere’s something to perhaps if your qb isn’t getting it done move on
But that requires a level of analysis, and honesty from a lot of individuals in the organization
You gotta analyze the qb (did you do everything to help him, does he just not get it)
What’s the other qbs limitations
What can you get for your qb
The biggest hurdle is are you being honest, half the draft process is ego, i think i can take (qb here) and make him great despite his limitations or the personnel we haveHonestly I don’t like it cause qbs are an extremely risky gamble, especially when you have to commit capital to draft a qb for the first or second pick
If it’s not working out move on but don’t spend multiple first round picks for a college qb
Well plenty coaches and gms done got fired with that logic so we going to see what the bears doThe biggest hurdle is are you being honest, half the draft process is ego, i think i can take (qb here) and make him great despite his limitations or the personnel we have
I don’t know, I think you probably have to take a job when it’s openRumors are that plenty of candidates are falling back this cycle because they are all waiting for the chargers job to open up after the next season. The feeling is if Staley doesn’t win a playoff game next year(highly likely) he’s out
