Reich ain’t a flashy hire, but the man went 40-33-1 with five different starting quarterbacks. Curious to see what he can do if Carolina can provide him with some stability at the position.
Probably one of the more underrated QB whisperers in the league, and it was a blessing to get a 27-7 TD/INT ratio out of Wentz looking back at it. Rivers had a nice bounceback season as well before retiring. There was no saving Matt Ryan at his current state though, lol.
His main issues in Indy were predictable redzone playcalling, being too aggressive, and slow starts to the season. Blowout losses were a rarity under him. His leadership style could become an issue down the road, it really depends on if the players mesh with it. To me though, he’s just a little too soft spoken and emotionless on the sidelines for my taste.
