He was also cool with bobby brown I believe he was his body guard if I remember correctly and down with the d.o.c.
Not sure what I saw but it said that being a body guard was the perfect way to learn the business. Basically he was around the industry enough and learned. Suge went to college to, we can't forget that. He may have taken some business courses. Like 50 he seemed to learn how to read contracts and got good at understanding the traps they place in them and how to avoid them.
