Retired VP from my company was well spoken and charismatic. He went from Gang banging to joining the military to working at a fortune 500, climbing
the ranks and retiring wealthy.

Some people are just different man.

Not everyone is going to be a full-blown crash test dummy just because they were a knucklehead in their teens.

Some people get face tatts, fight, pimp and kill and get rubbed out early.
