In a way but a lot of foreign inverstors from latin america and russia use property to park shady money in miami. Money laundering basically. The condos and buildings remain empty and are listed for ridiculous prices. Owners dont care either.

I live in an immigrant city so it's nothing out of ordinary for multiple families to be stating in same flat or house. Its much better that way because cost of living in te uk is pathetic so it's better and much much cheaper to do it the immigrant way.
