Hong Kong while grimier than Singapore is still extremely safe no matter where. Most Hong kongers consider the dangerous areas as where the Bangladeshi Indians Pakistanis are and even that is nothing. But if you're a fan of 80s 90s hk cinema and looking for that classic hk vibe, yau ma tei is great.

In Singapore there's this place called the four floors of whores and the higher the floor the more expensive the prostitute. It's legal there.
