These are the same 3 nikkas who was running around telling everyone about puffys bad business. Then Puffy confronted them and told them they dont know business. But when somebody comes out and says they did bad business,they wanna cause an uproar. The Lox meanwhile did a whole campaign.

J hood on the other hand really has nothing to talk about in an interview setting except his d block days and what went wrong lol

And then blamed him for derailing the interview and making him forget to ask about J Hood. Just weird behavior. I've come back around to the podcast after the shady shyt with them letting go the previous co-hosts (who I really liked), I loved the recent Cormega interview and will watch the Stlyes one this weekend. But man something just seems off about Math. Like he thinks he's being slick or pulling a fast one, at all times. But just by his body movements and some of the things he says you can see through it.

He says it's not clickbait but here is the headline: "What $60k check??!!"" J Hood exposes what went wrong with D Block...True or False?" How is that not clickbait and accusatory. The word "expose" insinuates that a lie or misdeed is being revealed by a harmed party. You can't cover it up by tacking "true or false" on there. That could have easily just been "J Hood discusses breakup with D Block." But that doesn't get as many clicks, in his mind.

It's also worth noting that in those days, those type of checks were being taken by managers and label figures all the time. There's no evidence the Lox took it. The more logical answer is someone at the label.

Styles came up there and was honorable as fukk. Not with bs, calm, respectful. He would have answered any question about J Hood. The idea that Mecca made him forget to ask about it makes zero sense when as you said, Math KNEW he had J Hood coming in that week.

The entire point of signing someone to a rapper imprint is to release their album so you can make money. I'm just not buying that D Block decided the best way to rob this man was to fukk with his advance and then take a 60k check they couldn't have planned for. He says the budget wasn't cracked and then says the producers were paid. None of this makes sense. This isn't like say...Dipset slow walking a Hell Rell album because they know it's gonna bomb. J Hood was HOT. He def goes gold with the right singles. Even if you agree with J Hood that they weren't the best businessmen I'm gonna assume they understand a gold album gets them way more than the $60-70k they allegedly decided to take from him instead.
