They changed the hitbox to where you can combo cr. Mk or cr jab into lariat

Also the opponent can't back tech if they get hit by lariat so that gives you oki

The grey life change nerfs him a bit(you can't just flex like crazy anymore) but overall he's better

I don't play Gief at all but based on the hit boxes I saw it seems pretty reliable
