I can't lie I was playing Urien along side Cali and I didn't think he was bad at all sum of the shyt he has now just seems ridiculous. That cr.mk plus 2 Is huge no reason not to throw it out there. And I'm definitely in the minority but I truly belive Alex is one of the most slept on characters In this game. I still think he's better then ppl give him credit for in season 1.

They made it faster and it's command. shyt is a godsend you can use it as a followup for your punishes straight into a juggle

Chun is looking good too. They made her cheap shyt worse and I like it, she's more fun to play. I'm digging her throw range buff too.
I'm thinking the top 8 tier list, at least early on, is gonna look like this. In no order

Akuma is really good but really difficult to play well. All these new Akuma players will drop him by February
