Sagat's zoning game is retarded...he can whiff a guard break kick and still aa tiger uppercut with ease

Tyrant and F-word think sagat and level 3 presedentiality G are broken...and i agree

I think G is gonna be good esp in vt1 but Sagat isn't a top 10 character breh. You're forced to make too many tough reads per match, it's possible to pull it off but that's not what a top tier character is. Once dudes start getting used to baiting dps/crouch after safejumps then sagat is going to have to win close and thats a tall task. Plus his throw doesnt create any distance between him and his opponent, with no oki game whatsoever.

He's strong, but I don't think he's busted. He got some silly mechanics just for the sake to be there (like the 500 damage idle stance pose "taunt and yes, I've saw that v-skill float shyt), but nothing that overpowered for practical use.

His normals are pretty solid. Has quite a few CC moves and command normals. His b. FP and c. FP are very good AAs. His s. RK connects in juggles well too. One of the best sweeps in the game IMO.

I was playing Sagat and it's easy as hell to aa with him. He's stiffer than usual but I like him.

I copped AE at Best Buy after a damn near 2 year hiatus for 20$. When I booted it up I had enough fm for Sagat the god and G. This is how the game should’ve been on day one but whatever. I love it so far.


Just trying to get all the nuances down, it’s fun as hell and the game really changed a lot since I last played. If any Coli homies want to give that work holla, I need all the practice I can get. I know my skills fell off but steel sharpen steel


Also I’m waiting to get another Hori Fight Commander, only then will attempt ranked
