Easier way is to spam siberian express. It also makes him freeze up. I beat him on my second try without spamming, found out it fukks with the AI then whooped him a couple more times to farm the xp. Get him down then hit the express, he falls for it on wakeup almost every time.

So I was watching some of the Blanka streams yesterday and this character definitely has all the tools to be good, and by tools I'm mean bullshyt .

No 3 frame but dash and command hop he looks extremely mobile. Invincible reversal and his electricity is + on block. Gonna be a lot of salt flowing online next week
