Dudes who play this, (1) Can I use the d-pad? (2) Are manageable/inputs tough to enter (I ask because last fighting game I tried to play it was something like [ up, up, down, diagonal, up, R2, Circle, Triangle] just to do a mid combo move, my fingers aren't nimble/dexterous like that in my old age )

The button inputs & timing for most moves are easier then other street fighters. If you pick it up you should definitely give Ed a shot.
