The fact that the DLC characters seem to come with the new retail edition but for the fans that bought the game a long time ago and paid more for it they don't get them is disgusting. You gonna let some new person pay $40 and get all that but the people that paid $60 and put up with a year of them finishing the unfinished game get nada.

Meh, that's the benefit of waiting. Not like SF is the first/only game to have a 'GOTY' edition that has all the unlocked DLC and other goodies a year+ later (shyt isn't even just relegated to games either, other merchandise does similar bundle tactics to get out older product). It's just an extra incentive for late comer's to buy an older product. bytch as folks may do, at least with SFV, you could still grind and get most of that shyt, characters, etc. for free.
The game was released unfinished. The people that put up with that should be rewarded. Them getting the DLC characters too doesn't have anything to do with newcomers getting them. I just think loyal customers should be rewarded.

The "unfinished" aspects of the game, the current owners of it are getting for free tho, that's the arcade mode, all the extra single player options that makes the game "finished" and the balance patch.

Interested to see Zeku. Outside of Friday Fight Money I don't really care for this game and that's mainly because I haven't connected with a character yet.
I believe Guy will make an appearance here...

If you don't know who Matt is...he's one of the higher ups in Capcom from the UK and runs wednesday night fights with Logan Sama on the capcom fighters yt and twitch channels
He's very reserved too so for him to be excited about a character
Kinda weird how they're gonna have to release Zeku for a couple months half finished cos he'll get his 2nd v trigger etc in jan
