I see you obviously don't know the game any. No character that has an armor move has armor on frame 1. All of them are on frame 3.
Not all of them. Birdie for example, ex bullhorn armor is active on frame 1.. it would be cool if Alex got the same treatment. both are big character with slow normals.
It be interesting what they do with season 3.. rumor has it a new V-system will be added.
