Im not gonna lie, I was that way when I started to play fighting games when I was a kid. I learned that if an opponent is using the same move over and over, dont get mad at the opponent. Nah, get mad at yourself for letting that shyt happen and not finding a counter.

I watched a lot of top Laura videos. The key is to always get damage from her pokes. Counter hit lights combo into cr mp. Can't be afraid to be reckless with some overheads. You also need to learn her meaty set ups. Gotta play footsies without hitting a ton of buttons. I don't think you can really play her safe but you also can't just go in all willy nilly. You really have to be patient and explode when given the chance. Don't be scared to burn meter in order to keep pressure. More Laura s need to use cr mk into ex elbow and cr mk into the fireballs. Her anti air is also special cancel able and needs to be explored more.


Really bad match ups Chun. Vega. Gief. I also think Ryu Ken Necali Karin 5.5 to 4.5. Everyone else is even or in her favor.

Is cr mk even confirmable into ex elbow? Doesn't seem like you have enough time. I guess if throw it just as your opponent enters within range you could buffer it as a sort of option select it could work.

Yeah for meter usage i guess its best spent on ex fireballs for pressure and ex elbows for reads, escapes, punishing fireballs.

Have you found any use for her f.HP? I throw out a bunch of them in matches but most don't land. Is it just good on the opponent's back dash or what?
