I had a similar experience with a white real estate person. He knew from the beginning i was higher income, and yet keep showing me homes in the lower income parts of town. Finally showed me a house with a legit hole in roof, that was right on the corner of a busy intersection with 5 lane traffic going each way. I lost his number after that
Went with a black real estate broker, and no surprise she found me a bunch of nice homes to look at in the same radius.
