I honestly wish the worst on this c00n.
No lies. Speed was so off base with the approach. What would make you think a stranger wants to have you touching all over their shyt. I would’ve had the same response. This was in Germany and Adin Ross is a small hat ......
But all in seriousness, in this scenario it really doesnt matter.
Speed may have meant no harm but his approach wasnt the best. He was on camera for starters in a different country/culture, touching all on the car with no permission, on his phone at the same time, speaking to someone whom English isnt their first language, and was asking inane questions like "is it for sale?" or "how much it cost?" (there was a sign indicating both), "is it street legal?" (the guy was trying to tell him it has a license plate which tells most of the German registration info) "how much he paid? (why does that matter?)" and can he take it for a spin (this isnt a American dealership so the German had no obligation to say yes).
This was a car show/sale event and those guys are enthusiasts and hobbyists. They go to these events to break bread with like minded people, not have to explain the whole concept.
Speed asking those questions, in that demeanor, indicates he wasnt really taking it serious or taking the time to understand facts before speaking. Hes young and his brand is immaturity and brashness, so i expect as much.
With that said, im all for calling out racism but folks need to understand that decorum is a thing and American culture isnt universal or authoritative. Certain spaces (especially foreign countries) are under no obligation to take you as you are. Youre on their soil and need to understand how they operate to move smoothly. Americans as a whole struggle to understand this concept.
Kids a c00nDid he say “everybody say nikka?”
Dam
shyt hurt huh?
Thread is proof most people don't pick up on racism unless they make it super blatant by calling you an n word.
No sales man is throwing out a potential sale just because they customer is "immature' as yall are basically putting it
Dollars are dollars, once you sell the car it belongs to them, why would you care if he touching it, if he might buy it?
I wouldn't have sold him the car.
People can have an attachment to things, People deny sells all the time.
Dollars matters, but the next owner taking good care of it can matter even more. If your dead father had a car but you couldn't afford the upkeep, you'd sell it to someone who would take care of it.
So dude is a white supremecist because he doesn't care about some goofy kid hanging around his car?
Black peoples money is never l green enough. A white person will refuse to sell a black person a house, even 100k over value "they probably won't mow the lawn, will park the car in the backyard, sell drugs out of the garage, probably won't pay the mortgage put holes in the walls, it'll be back on the market in a year or two, it won't be worth a shyt will just bring the value of the neighborhood down. Ive lived here 20 years the neighbors are my friends, watched my kids grow up they'd be disappointed if I let that happen."
The scary thing about this thread is it waters down Black progress. When you call and assume every little thing in life is racist you get looked at as a joke and people dont take you seriously.
You also didn't even acknowledge my post when I said people have attachment to things and will deny selling.
No rich grown business man is taking a clown Youtuber barking at a dog seriously.
Ishowspeed is a complete clown and black peoples money is never green enough. You can call it racist, hell, it is. But that's life and black ppl can't do anything to change the attitude and behaviors of anyone not black.
